Who will be able to provide access to the main ClubSelect server? If you use an IT company to provide access to the server, please enter their contact information. We will be reaching out to the contact on the day of the installation to get access to the server. If you are using an IT company by filling this out, you give Jonas permission to reach out to the IT company for access to the server.

We will require the ClubSelect software to be updated to the latest version. This process will add the needed modules to the software for us to complete the installation process.

If this process is completed by your IT company, then please reach out to them to perform the activation before you submit this form.

To find the version number of your software simply launch ClubSelect Accounts Receivable and the version number is in the bottom left corner of the login screen.

We require a member account created in ClubSelect for testing purposes both during the installation and training. This account will not record any activity within ClubSelect and any test reservations or bookings will be deleted immediately after creation. You can use the following information to create the test member.

To find this launch ClubSelect Accounts Receivable and then login with your username and password. Once you are logged in, look at the bar at the very bottom of the screen. Near the center of the screen it should list your Company Number. Enter the code for the club you wish to integrate. (You can only select one)
