Who will be able to provide access to the main Jonas Encore server? If you use an IT company to provide access to the server, please enter their contact information. We will be reaching out to the contact on the day of the installation to get access to the server. If you are using an IT company by filling this out, you give Jonas permission to reach out to the IT company for access to the server.

To find this go into Encore, System Administration > System Setups > Companies. Enter the company code for the club you wish to integrate. (You can only select one)

We will require the Jonas Encore software to be updated to the latest version. This process will add the needed modules to the software for us to complete the installation process.

If this process is completed by your IT company, then please reach out to them to perform the activation before you submit this form.

We require a member account created in Encore for testing purposes both during the installation and training. This account will not record any activity within Encore and any test reservations or bookings will be deleted immediately after creation. You can use the following information to create the test member.
