To find this go into Jonas Club Management, Club Management > Club Setup > Basic Club Profile, this will open a window that will have two columns, Code and Club Name. Enter the code for the club you wish to integrate. (You can only select one)

Jonas Club Management Update:

We will require the Jonas Club Management software to be updated to the latest version. This process will add the needed modules to the software for us to complete the installation process.

If this process is completed by your IT company, then please reach out to them to perform the update before you submit this form.

Step 1 – Update Software Keys

Open Jonas Club Management and navigate to System Administration>System Setup>Software Key/Renewal, then click on “Get Product Keys”

Step 2 – Downloading Jonas Club Management Update

Navigate to http://jonassupport.com/ and login

Click on Product Update

Scroll down a bit until you see Software Updates

Download the latest General Release update

Step 3 – Install Update

Run the installation file that was downloaded on the Jonas server.

Note: All users will need to be logged out of Jonas Club Management prior to running the update.

Test Member Account:

We require a member account created in the Jonas Club Management software for testing purposes both during the installation and training. This account will not record any activity within Jonas Club Management and any test reservations or bookings will be deleted immediately after creation. You can use the following information to create the test member. Once complete please submit a screenshot of the member profile below.
